No Refund Policy

Kshema is a digital subscription service. Once a subscription is activated, it provides immediate access to our automated WhatsApp check-in infrastructure. Therefore, Kshema does not offer refunds for any reason once a payment has been processed.

Trial Period

We provide a 7-day free trial on all plans so that you can experience the service before being charged. We encourage all users to fully utilize the trial period to ensure Kshema meets their requirements before their first billing cycle begins.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Kshema subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations.

Failed Service

In the rare event of a technical service outage lasting longer than 48 hours that prevents all automated check-ins for your account, please contact our support team. We handle such situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer subscription credits at our discretion.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or if there is a duplicate transaction on your account, please contact billing support immediately. We will investigate any potential billing errors and issue a refund if the charge is found to be truly erroneous after review.
